Our new logo highlights our longstanding role as leaders and partners for Yoakum’s modern pioneers. In addition to the Yoakum ‘Y’ created by the white space between the shapes, there is a North Star perched on top. This represents the guidance we provide for individuals and small businesses as they forge the path to their goals.
Tagline
Once a pioneer, always a pioneer. Modern times have us exploring new frontiers here in Texas. We’re focused on assisting small business owners with banking services that can help steady the bumps in the road and prepare them to take the lead.

Monty Rogers brings 25 years of direct lending, credit, and management experience from banks across Texas to his new dual-role as bank President and Chief Lending Officer. He’s excited to join a community bank with such a long history and an “inspired vision for the future,” and we’re equally excited to have him. -
Ron Majewski
Market President - West Houston
“I am honored to be the first person to plant the YNB flag outside of the Yoakum area.”
A Houston native, Ron Majewski shares our dedication to helping small business owners and is expanding our lending operations into the West Houston area. Outside of business hours, you can find Ron hunting, fishing, golfing, or spending time with his granddaughter. -
Jamey Collinsworth
Market President - Yoakum
“My favorite part of the job is, of course, the people.”
Jamey Collinsworth has joined our team as YNB’s Yoakum Market President. A big part of his job is getting to know you and helping YNB stay on top of what is going on in the Yoakum community. Jamey is also our YNB certified pitmaster. So if you see Jamey walking around town, don’t hesitate to introduce yourself to talk BBQ, banking, and all things Yoakum. -
Phillip Fitch
Sr. Vice President - Commercial Lender

Before joining the YNB team, Phillip Fitch spent 20 years serving our country in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. He is now proudly following in his father’s footsteps by joining the banking industry as our new Sr. Vice President – Commercial Lender. We are excited to have Phillip on the YNB team, and he is excited to get to know all of our customers and the goals they want to achieve.
